   Wanted a pair of shoes on display - they didn't have my size, so l paid for them and they ordered a pair to be delivered to the store so l could try them on to check the size. DPD failed to deliver to the store on the day they said they would. Customer services said the store had not put a full address of the store on the order form. DPD said they would deliver again today - did so, and took a photo to prove it. When the staff opened the package it was a roll of wallpaper. Obviously an error, but staff didn't let me know. I had to ring to ask why they hadn't told me that my parcel had arrived, be it the correct contents or not. I had to go into the store and ask for a refund as l was fed up with the whole process. They had tried to tell me the reason why it wasn't delivered the first time was that l had asked for a delivery to my home, and given my home address, which was untrue. The order form they prepared clearly showed my name, with the store address, not my address. Woeful. Trying to support the local high street? Never again.

   Highly recommend this shop. All the staff are always friendly & helpful, shop floor is always neat, tidy & spot on. Great selection of shoes. Would like to see more selections of girls brands shoes in the womens selections. Otherwise this shop is convenient & easy access, spacious & definitely will always come in for all of my shoes, friends and family.
