Anothet pleasant visit. Was seated quite quickly and a member of staff arrived within a couple of minutes for both the drinks and food order. The food took about 30 minutes to arrive, however, it was a Sunday and quite busy so it wasnt a problem. We had the sunday roast which is the best sunday dinner we have had when eating out for a long time. Plenty on the plate and all quite tasty, the only thing we didnt like was the gravy poured over the yorkshire pudding. Overall very pleased and have allready booked for the 09/11Good service, pleasant & happy staff. Good food

We arrived a few mins before our booked time slot of 2 pm and were greeted quickly by a friendly member of staff who took us to our table. Everything was nice and clean and tidy there. Our drinks order was taken just a few minutes after we sat down, and when they returned with them our food order was taken. We didn’t have to wait too long for the food to arrive. We ordered a vegetarian Sunday roast, a half chicken Sunday roast, and a gammon and chips from the grill menu. All the food was cooked perfectly, and we all really enjoyed our meals. For dessert we had two sherry trifle cheesecakes and a jam sponge with custard. All the desserts were very enjoyable. Throughout our visit three different members of staff assisted us and they were all very friendly and helpful. Overall it was an excellent visit, and I would highly recommend The Crown at Brownhills to anyone I know.

I can't fault the food, it was quiet for a bank holiday, the prawn cocktail I had was amazing, the staff were nice enough. But here's where my negative review comes from, (And before I get a reply saying you should have brought this up at the time, it shouldn't have been an issue for me to raise ! Please go look over the high chairs ) My 8 month old is sticking everything in her mouth as they do, which is why she ate sat on my lap, not ideal, and not in a high chair because I was given a high chair that still had the last kids macaroni cheese stuck to the seat, and imbedded food on the straps that she would have been touching.

Popped in for an ultimate beef burger on the way home. Food was great and arrived quickly. Our server Molly was brilliant - really friendly and efficient despite the pub being pretty busy. Will be sure to visit again soon.

It was my first time eating here and I shall definitely be visiting again. Lovely cosy atmosphere, and a pub that caters for everyone, sports fans, children and even doggies. Every member of staff I encountered was lovely, particularly the gentleman behind the bar and a lady called Wendy. There was a bit of a wait with food due to a large party, however the food was clean and delicious. The only thing I can say really was the Sunday lunch needs a little more gravy.

Came in on Sunday and was very pleased with the level of professionalism. Lauren’s customer service is impeccable and cannot be faulted. She was lovely and allowed us a lot of time- for our indecisiveness Food was lovely and of a good price I will be returning hopefully soon

Over the last few years I have been to the crown several times and it’s always a cheerful visit. The food standard doesn’t slip, hot & tasty food every visit. The staff are very polite and helpful throughout. I’ve been waited on by Molly a number times , she always has a smile on her face and is a credit to the crown. Will definitely always be a go to place for a tasty meal.
