   Group of 6 youngest 14 oldest 60s very welcoming fab atmosphere and the staff can't do enough for everyone. Good prices and overall a fab experience we will definitely be going back again.

   My friend and I popped in on Friday 3rd October for our birthdays We’ve been here before for food ,so on previous experience we returned. Unfortunately after we ordered and was served our drinks,we were told we couldn’t order food until 1pm ..The time was 12.50pm we thought ok we’ll order at 1pm not long to wait. The lady behind the bar continued to tell us,there were 7 people she’d got food orders to do,another lady came out and confirmed this plus the delivery had got to be put away. I’m sorry but if a pub with at least 7 tables which seat at least 4 people in the lounge that seats 28 people and they can’t cater for 7 orders plus 2 walk ins We left our drinks and left… Such a shame but I think things need to improve here, Please take this as constructive criticism and hopefully things improve

   This was the second time we went to the Queen’s Head in the past month. There is a good selection of food at a reasonable price. The first time we both had smothered chicken which was very nice. This time we had southern fried chicken burger and it was the best we’d tasted. The staff are very friendly and there is a good atmosphere in the pub. It is only a small pub so it’s best to book a table before you go.

   A big get-together with cousins back in our old home Town and pub familiar to us all. My how nice is the renovation, and a lovely couple and their Son who made us feel so welcome. Then the chef nipped out to see us and did us 2 beautiful tapas plates. Well we there nearly 6hrs so that tells it all! Thank you.

   We were welcomed by Aaron as soon as we walked into the bar and he was extremely helpful in letting us taste different lagers to help choose the one we wanted. We were served amazing plentiful meals by Moira the chef which were well cooked, well presented and tasted great. It is the best pub experience we have had in a long time. Would definitely recommend a visit lovely friendly staff!

   Fab local. Good, home cooked food - generous portions! I usually have the cottage pie, it’s lush! But have had a few things from the menu. Always piping hot and tasty. Comfy pub with a nice atmosphere - it’s now a regular on our agenda. Very reasonably priced too. Would recommend.

   Came in at 12pm fancied a breakfast so looked at the menu and there wasnt one on the menu as it was lunch time but fantastic staff and chef came to the rescue and offered me a all day breakfast went out there way to give me what I wanted, food was delicious and staff were so friendly 5*****

   Booked in over messenger at the last minute and we asked if around 5pm was available for food, even placed an order for 2 x ribeye . Arrived at the restaurant and was greeted by a friendly member of staff. Waited around 30min for food to arrive on wooden platter trays , nicely presented. The ribeye Steak was cooked to perfection and was a beautiful piece of meat , 1x med well ,1x med, just perfect. Overall restaurant was clean , staff were pleasant and the food was excellent .
