   Never experienced such poor service from Starbucks. My cappuccino was the lightest I have ever had from Starbucks. Complained and the lady, she said it was supposed to be to be like that. Never going back there. I know what a cappacino is!!

   Pretty young girl in a “Starbucks” cafe had no clue what de caff was! She gave me a Latte! Won’t bore you with details. Can’t see why this is so popular. 2 coffees ( bland ) 2 muffins reasonable, £15. Bring back the old Sainsburys cafe.

   Visited here one morning around 9.30am. Place was dead inside and out. Maybe 1 other person in there. I came with my 16yo and 3yo daughter. 2 members of staff. Took our very simple order of 2 iced white mocha and 1 baby hot chocolate and 2 croissants Girl that took our order long ginger hair and piercings very standoff ish attitude like she had been dragged out of her coffin to come work. Stood at counter waiting for drinks and 2 hot drinks placed down and a cup of hot milk. Confused we asked what these where as we had not ordered any of it. Greeted with a disgusting attitude by her while she stormed about muttering we still had no idea what had gone wrong. She rolled her eyes to her colleague and walked out back at which point I said. "Is there something wrong" she immediately fired back you have a problem you've got an attitude. I said don't speak to me like that please get me your manager. At thos point the manager is present and she is still carrying on she was asked to leave and go out back by her manager She shouted to me you're lucky im on shift. Let me tell you she was lucky I had my kids. Absolutely uncalled for all infront of her manager. I know we all have bad days but disgraceful disgusting conduct when I said not 1 single wrong word to her. Manager in disbelief remade our order correct. Refunded the whole thing. Place was literally dead and they used the excuse of being busy. Wow avoid at all costs as after reading back I think the same member of staff almost have been working there a while as the bad reviews all seem to say the same.

   Absolutely disgusting service today. Ordered 3 coffees to drink in, went round a few tables that were dirty. Asked for one to be cleaned and waited. The staff cleaned more of the serving area and took a plastic box to the back to clean. I got sick of waiting, went round 5 more tables which were all dirty, I asked for one to be cleaned again, was met with total lazyness and excuses and questioned why I was complaining. I got frustrated and was told I was rude. One staff member scoffed and walked off into the back while the other said they were short staffed. There was at least 3 staff and only 3 customers in. Shift manager came out and the staff started to say they were busy when we walked in. Not! 2 of them were stood talking and joking. Got a refund from shift manager while staff poured the drinks down the sink. Absolutely disgusting that so many tables were dirty when this place was so quiet and staff are talking and then for them to be so disinterested when the complaint is made is just incredible. This has turned into a rant, but what is one to do to sit at table that's clean. It's not much to ask.

   Chilled out coffee after the chaos of the WR. Nice little detour on the way out. Didn't have everything we wanted, but I think it was because it was the end of the promo run.

   Poor service , painfully slow . No customers, no cars on drive through and yet 4 staff just ambling along. Poor Uber Eats guy made to wait 10 minutes for them to make his pick up. Staff look scruffy and spent 10 minutes talking to 2 girls at counter. Come on Starbucks surely for the prices you charge , your staff can do better.

   Shoutout to Max who was very helpful and polite, drinks on point apart from the hot chocolate which tasted watered down. Reason for 2 stars is the baker’s cupboard was heaving with flies, really need to sort this issue out! Max was kind enough to fetch us some from the back storage as we would not dare to eat the ones on display.
