   Miserable and rude staff. No greeting when approaching till, just an empty stare. when drinks given, no cup sleave, however seen cup sleaves being given to other customers which makes me wonder... Staff should be given more training on customer service, as most of the clientele at village gym and spa would not tolerate such attitude, as such in this case. I hope the manager of this branch reads this review, and takes on board comments. Not a nice way to finish a gym session, with grumpy baristas, and a burning hot cup of coffee without sleeve to take to my car.

   Can't use Starbucks app. Have to pay buy card lady not Interested! Won't be coming again!. Also hardly any body using masks in the reception area. Missing the pub part in there also

   Horrible experience. There is no space in the lobby of the hotel due to Starbucks customers so we have asked if we can sit at the table, very unpolite unswer was "yes however you can't have your own food" I have gluten intolerance so even if I wanted to buy anything they had nothing to offer as GF other then crisps. The facial expression, an attitude was horrible. I've not had a coffee but after this I won't buy and I won't recommend this to anyone. Worse experience at a Starbucks ever.
