   Not being vegetarian (and semi-literate) and being a fairly infrequent visitor to Leeds, I try to visit Brunch and enjoy one of their delicious bacon sarnies. I like to stake out a position at the staring window. Only criticism is I often get there too early and find them not open! Thankfully I've never had the staff look at me askance, so all good there...

   Overall not horrendous, but didn’t pay attention to what I asked for. Black coffee doesn’t come with milk. Forgive the sarcasm, just a pet hate when people are so busy chatting they ignore the ones that pay their wages. Also a disgusting cheap sausage, undercooked toast, and no serviettes. The rest was edible and reasonably priced. Won’t go again though.

   I got my order wrong, told them immediately but they said it's too late now as it's already gone through the till. It's not their fault but the staff simply didn't know how to do a refund on their till. I paid too much, they profited more. It wasn't deviousness, they just literally didn't know how to refund me and do the transaction again. Surprising to say the least..! Food was fine enough though so they can have an extra star, heh.
