   From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The decor is charming, with cozy seating and just the right touch of modern elegance. The menu is a perfect blend of classic and creative dishes, catering to all tastes. I ordered their signature [specific dish, e.g., avocado toast] and a latte, and both were exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The coffee was hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had, with rich, smooth notes that hit all the right spots. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, striking the perfect balance between being welcoming and giving you space to enjoy your time. Service was quick without feeling rushed, and they were happy to answer questions about the menu.

   Lovely little coffee shop in Gildersome - hidden gem. Could easily drive past without noticing but it’s a lovely treat if you do. Clean, warm and welcoming inside and the staff are super friendly too and welcoming too. Good selection of food and drinks that are all reasonably priced and decent sized portions. Can book tables in advance and would advise it, especially on a weekend as it’s always busy. Does offer outside seating were dogs are welcome and there’s little dog water bowls provided too.

   Took a punt on this place as i had a craving for pancakes. Not disappointed, absolutely delicious! Parking can be difficult at busy times as its mostly on main road. A little gem with a good sized drink of tea.

   Amazing food, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. Desserts are amazing, outside seating with blankets if needed. If you haven't been yet, get yourself there. Also small selection of locally made Earings, bracelets and occasion cards. Great place to visit for just a coffee or Breakfast, or get the full lashings with lunch and a pudding. 5* Highly recommended. Also do takeout and afternoon teas & occasion platters. Perfect , relaxed and comfy seating indoors.

   Usually really good. Not today. The sandwiches had very little filling. Very very little. That was the first disappointment. Then we tasted it and were quite happy they were so tight. The bacon was uncooked. Not under done actually uncooked. Warmed through at best. The egg in one sandwich was a weird slice of scrambled rubber. And a stale biscuit for the child. At least the bin got to eat.

   Food is delicious, but the opening times are incorrect. We arrived at the cafe on a Saturday at quarter to 1 in the afternoon and it was closed, anytime I go to Cafe Sorella it seems to not be open. Disappointing

   Cafe Sorella provided the catering at my Dad’s funeral. The food was absolutely delicious & presented beautifully. Sue was in constant contact with me to ensure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend Cafe Sorella & would use them again. Thank you Sue.

   Amended, have now been able to go on a few occasions. The staff are lovely, the food is affordable and the sandwiches are delicious. The new outside area is also superb. We'll worth a (frequent) visit for afternoon sandwiches. (and the cakes are great too)
