Always visit Ritazza for my morning coffee. I find the coffee being the best quality comparing to other places at the airport. Friendly staff Ruta and Gui make the tastiest hand crafted lattes! If you a coffee lover you have to try!
Very rude member of staff I asked twice for takeaway cups , when I was given pot dine in cups, I reminder her I Wanted takeaway she responded with can you hear with those headphones on poured my coffee in to takeaway cups then purposely put them at the other end be of the counter , with a very rude smile moved on to the other customer. When you arrive back from Holiday with lots of cases and children the last thing you need is an awkward coffee person making your day harder very rude would not go back .
Just been here to get some drinks and Zarin (the worker) suggested 2 drinks to cool us down. Amazing lady made she's chatty easy to get on with and the drinks were amazing.
I don’t always write a review but I felt I needed to on this occasion. I had a great experience at Caffe Ritazza. Gui was very friendly, attentive and helpful. I ordered a cappuccino which was delicious!!! The place was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. Really recommend Caffe Ritazza in Leeds Bradford airport!

Zarin and Gui are amazing staff. When I ordered Latte, Zarin asked me which milk I want for my latte. Nobody asked me that before. Great customer service. Thank you.
I love coffee from Ritazza. Their coffee is the best. Great customer service from all the team. Gui, Rahima, Joanna, Zareen and all the team. I work at the airport so whenever iam in Ritazza's coffee is a must to start my day.
I wasn't sure what I wanted to drink so a very friendly gentleman named Gui and his wonderful colleague Zarin recommended an iced latte. I've never had one of those before so I went with their recommendations and tried one. I honestly was impressed, I can't believe what I'd been missing over the years, Gui then asked me to try with some syrup, I chose vanilla and was even more taken aback. Gui and Zarin were so friendly and polite and gave the impression it was not just a job to them, excellent customer service and for me a great experience. Thank you.
