   Asked to sit in and got given take away cups instead. Asked for sleeves but they didn't have any so had to carry scolding hot drinks. Only got given 1 drink even though I ordered 2. Would not recommend coming to this starbucks.

   A favourite place for my elderly mum. She loves the large coffee and we take card games to play. On weekdays people bring laptops and work there. Just beware to put your car registration in the iPad by the till if you stay more than 2 hours otherwise you will receive a fine.

   Friendly helpful staff, quick drive thru, always perfectly made coffee and food. Good wi-fi and plug sockets for working. Plenty of seating and table choices. Always clean and tidy. Our favourite! New: provide your car reg number for free parking.

   I come here a couple of times a month (to work somewhere other than my house) and I’m really glad it opened within walking distance for this reason. I started coming here just after lockdown and it’s always been a good place to come as it’s airy and clean. I’ve never had any problems with any aspect. It’s always tidy and clean, and I feel safe. Everyone is polite and friendly. Sometimes it’s a bit slow but that’s always because there’s people at the drive thru, and they’re always apologetic about it. I usually come on the same day, and the server remembers my order now. They have also always been open to discussion about the car park access and have even listened to and implemented something I’ve mentioned.

   Disappointing, NOT DOG FRIENDLY!! Have always taken my dog to Starbucks! Plus the rude way this was dealt with, shouting at me from behind the counter, what’s wrong with a quiet approach and explanation! Didn’t even stay for coffee! I will stick to Nero in future!

   Nice coffee but not the best customer experience. The two female staff were sniggering at us whilst we were placing our order which made us feel very unwelcome. I would rather have my coffee somewhere we are made to feel more comfortable.
