   The staff are rude. Rolled her eyes at me when i said can i get a pack of warm sausage rolls rather than the pre packed ones, also apparently couldn’t scan the app. The greggs at junction 27 retail park is much better, welcoming and seem to have more stock.

   On a mental health / suicidal course round the corner from Greggs & popped in for some lunch. I’d like to recognise a member of staff. Mark. What a man! Amazing service “you have a great day now won’t you” Everyone which was discussed on course was reflected via this man. He does not know whose day he makes be these few words! Thank you for being here Mark 2 for food as was cold lol 3 for atmosphere as I queued up wrong side of counter & no staff engaged with me to correct! Rest of outlet was nice.

   staff are alright but he owner of this parking premises is running a scam, as soon as you enter for a 2nd you are monitored for parking fine , a sandwich will cost you 1003 in parking fine ,pls be vigilant ....

   Called in for a Breakfast barm - Sausage and Egg...... and yet again, for the fifth or sixth consecutive time, I have been told "sorry we have no egg" ! When I pointed out that it has been the same for months now, I was told "I know, it's because we get the eggs from Spain"...??? Really... ? really.......? I'm really supposed to take that in am I ?? Well Mac D's seem to have found a more local source of eggs, so that's where I'll be going from now on. Spain............. ridiculous !!!

   I went in for my breakfast. Asked for a steak bake and a sausage roll. Both were cold. Not even warm. I told the staff they were cold and was told that is was my bad luck. It is what it is. If your here when they come out the oven good luck. This is terrible service. Its the last time i will ever use Greg's again. Shame on you for such poor service.
