   We are extremely disappointed with the poor quality of customer service at Hobbs. We have never experienced such unprofessional treatment with any other company in the UK. The customer service experience is unacceptable: - Communication is limited to WhatsApp, with no names or accountability from agents (compared to other companies) - Website contact forms go unanswered. - Requests to escalate the matter to management were ignored. When we asked to escalate the matter to management, they stopped responding. It is shocking that a company selling expensive clothing operates with such poor service standards. This undermines Hobbs’ reputation and makes customers reconsider shopping with them in the future.

   I’ve been shopping at Hobbs for years, sadly to say be aware of those ladies serving in bromley store, tarnishing the reputation of the store, I was Horrified experience racism based on my colour when the person who was serving me What’s I found when you could barely speak with broken English. Snatching clothes of me when I would check items I wanted , we already spending a lot as it is we don’t need these middle age laddies with no experience in life clearly to define someone based on there colour. I was watched through my visit it was only when ex member from Hobbs recognised me it made the awkward moment turn calmer, I was left humiliated I wouldn’t return I’ll get my friends to record how the dynamic is inside to spread awareness nasty awful I don’t know what the manger was thinking hiring these disgusting ladies

   Ordered a £220 coat, when it arrived, not only was the box smashed up, but the stench of the coat was like wet dog. It was covered in long blone hair (im a brunette) and animal hair and dirt staines. This was definitely not a brand new coat. For a coat costing that much, i expect high quality goods. Rubbish.

   I attended Hobbs Bromley today to return an online purchase and to purchase a dress from their new collection. I was served by an Asian lady, and regrettably forgot to get her name, but she was extremely accomodating and so very helpful!! As they did not have the dress in size in store, she proceeded to go above and beyond and ring all shops I could get to to ensure I got the dress for a wedding tomorrow. I am happy Hobbs Bromley still exists as it has always been my go to place locally for great quality garments and service, without having to travel into the City on weekends!!

   Went to the shop today to buy some nice clothes for my wife. The lady from the shop who helped me choose was excellent, could not do enough to help. With the shop lady’s help I came away with a dress and a jacket which my better half loved. Never have managed online or in a big department store. Many Thanks….

   Very rude staff. The closing timing on the website says 7 pm but when I got there a few minutes past 6, they said it was closed. The staff couldn’t care less about this and said it’s the head office who updates it. Lovely stuff but I wouldn’t be visiting this store again. They lost a customer.
