Popped in before work to pick up a coffee and Cam and Dawn were absolutely brilliant. Great customer service from them both. Cam was very friendly and Dawn made me a stellar coffee. Thank you for making my morning. Just the pick me up I needed before going to work!
This particular shop is not disabled friendly. The main daughter does not have a disabled access button to open the door for wheelchair users. When you order ahead with the app, you will find you are still waiting 10 minutes for your order most times. I wanna occasion I have to inform the staff behind the counter that I had sent an order and she said she didn’t see the ticket. Very rarely on a morning which high class is busy do you see more than one member of staff. It is very difficult to drive out of the car park which is shared with the garage and to turn onto the busy main road. This is not a drive-through.
Just popped in for a Caramel Machiato and must say Cam and Erin made the experience even better. So friendly ☺️ and a great drink. Thanks guys
Nice and quiet cafe. The place is clean and comfortable — perfect for relaxing or reading a book. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely visit again!
Spacious cafe which has WiFi and seems to attract a steady flow of customers. Limited food selection compared to other Starbuck cafes I've visited. The seating was well organised and had additional comfy chairs. No waiting service here nor was I informed my order was ready to collect from the end of the counter. Limited Starbuck merchandise was for sale too. My drink and food were both moderately warm which was a bit disappointing. The cleanliness of the cafe and toilet was good.
There is a staff member here a guy with fair hair and he’s so welcoming and friendly to all customers I’ve been a few different days and times and his Attitude towards staff and customers is good to see and they seem a happy staff team. #coffeeaddict #blueglassesgirl Just wanted to leave review to say thanks for the good service
Always pleasant service here but today on leaving I got body slammed by a jogger sending my coffee flying when I went back to buy a new one not only did the store replace it for free they gave me tissues to clean myself up and checked I was ok :) outstanding service as always from my fave store
