   I had a very disappointing experience with this immigration solicitor. While I was asking a question, the call was cut off, and I was not given a chance to explain my situation properly. I spoke to Monica, who was very rude and unprofessional. I felt rushed, ignored, and disrespected throughout the call. Good communication is essential in immigration matters, and unfortunately this was completely lacking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this immigration solicitor to anyone.

   I had a thoroughly disappointing and frustrating experience with Sabz Solicitors. Despite paying for their services, they failed to conduct an administrative review after my visa refusal, which was a clear breach of contract and a failure to provide competent and timely service. This failure potentially breaches the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Handbook, specifically Principle 4 (acting with honesty, integrity, and transparency) and Principle 5 (acting in the best interests of clients). Furthermore, the firm's claims and actions were misleading, and I was misled about the services I was receiving. The fee waiver application they submitted was refused, but what's even more concerning is that another solicitor from a different office was able to achieve a successful outcome with the same information. This raises serious questions about the competence and expertise of Sabz Solicitors. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using their services, as they may not have your best interests at heart. The firm's failure to provide adequate service and their potential breaches of professional conduct have caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I hope that the firm will take steps to improve their services and conduct in the future.

   if you looking for solicitors service then i would high recommend this place. for my partner's immigration case starts from late 2019 but due to covid and another issue my case was finally complete July 2022, i feel bad draggigng this for 3 years but they still being helpful, understandable, honest and patient with me all the way. i got help from the most amazing solicitor Mr. Ahmed Khan. English is also not my first language, they have been so nice and patient listen to my queries and explained very clearly to me multiple times. My partner finally successful got the Fiance Visa at July. Later on the year Mr. Ahmed also helped us applied for the Spouse Visa, it's always busy for Solicitor especially close to end of the year and near Christmas. Mr. Ahmed still find times to answer my questions and inform me with updates on our case very quickly. Conclusion, the whole process was handle so smoothly and i am so happy that i choose Sabz solicitors and ever grateful. this is the place to choose, highly recommend.
