   The security guard is a problem on a power trip and unnecessarily poor attitude. Very rude to people and tries to be intimidating even though he's only 5ft 2. The staff otherwise were lovely

   I had an amazing experience! They scheduled my appointment within a week, which was impressive. I arrived a bit early, but was pleased to be taken in without any wait. The staff, especially the lady who assisted me, was extremely nice and professional. The level of service exceeded my expectations.

   The clerk couldn’t be lovelier, he made us feel at ease and explained everything really nicely. Thank you for that. However, on the other hand, the security guy couldn’t be ruder. Most people don’t go to consulates on a regular basis, so they don’t know what to do, and you acting annoyed when I am trying to clarify something is really off putting.

   I arrived earlier on the day, and was seen almost immediately. I received a lot of help on the day, to make sure I had completed all forms correctly. The information I received on the phone and by email helped me come prepared with all that was needed. The staff were very helpful and patient with my Czech, which is not the best these days.

   It's impossible to contact them in Manchester. I have called 35 times and not once was my call answered. I am thinking to call the emergency number. Post 2: this is just to add to my previous post .today I tried to contact this embassy 31 times during the opening hours with no success. Honestly I don't know why this embassy exists.

   THE man on front door is extremely rude what a bad experience...Today was my second visit and man on the door was really unfriendly AGAIN!!!!!!!should be replaced whit somebody who knows what's is good work attitude.

   Note: I came just for the presidential elections. The staff were friendly, everything went smoothly and it seemed that there is a toilet accessible for visitors.

   Absolutely appalling customer service disgusting… asked if a member of the family could use the toilet was straight yp told no barring in mind she has a disability. The front door man is very disrespectful and needs to learn some manners. I’ve never had anyone talk to me with such arrogance.
