I had finally tried the new iced whipped white chocolate latte, it’s refreshing and nice, good size and liked the presentation of it but I feel it’s a bit pricey. I went to the toilet which was absolutely disgusting, napkins all over the floor and no soap to wash my hand Costa Kirkstall looks good place to work from, nice and friendly staff and good location as well as have their own free parking for the whole shopping centre

Really nice Costa. Nice and large, loads of light, plenty of seating. Was busy but the staff kept it moving fairly quick. Parking is great at the shopping centre so no trouble there. Outdoor seating is good too.
Sort it out Costa. Screen your employees better. Barista gives me wrong order and I'm made to feel guilty for requesting what I ordered. Terrible customer service. Nero much friendlier.
Been a regular here since it opened as I only live up the road, but in the past year its gone right down hill. They never have anything in stock, the staff are rude (the young lad with braids who has recently started actually slid a coffee over the counter to my partner and had she not stopped it it would have gone all over her) and the general cleanliness isn't great. Theres a general air of 'get them in, get them out' towards customers. One of the many times they didn't have my drink in stock i paused to look at the menu, to the same lad as above sighing and walking away from the till with an awful attitude. I'd rather hold it until I got home than even step foot in these toilets. Put me off generally. Only ever came in for convenience but now the Starbucks over the road also let the dog in so won't be in here very often anymore. And the prices are ridiculous. £4.70 for a toasties!
