   Sent me an item that was size 18/20 but but had size 8 label. I returned it for an exchange in true size 8, and explained to them that it was a faulty item. They sent me the same item back again. I phoned them and told them the item is not size 8 it is 18/20. I also emailed them the pictures as well. I returned the item again, they did not reply my email or refund my money. It's over 3 months and still waiting. Avoid

   Nice clothes... BUT as it is so difficult to judge sizing... all items fit differently!! .. why don't they offer free postage to change size. AND if bought for Christmas Present why not longer return date till after (obviously with tags on) - like most good retailers at Christmas????? Not very customer friendly...

   Great choice of lovely feminine clothes for women. Classic styles that don't 'age' and always look good. I buy from them regularly as I don't see their clothes anywhere else and other stores don't offer the style of clothes I like. Can be pricey but comparable to M&S. Would recommend for ladies who want well made clothes, unusual materials and styles.

   Roman Originals is a really nice store with a good collection of ladies clothing designed for smart casual to smart event. The staff are on hand and helpful and the age range of the clothes are late 20s onwards. Prices are reasonable, mid range and generally well made. Definitely worth a visit.
