Really lovely staff! Enjoyed my coffee was confused what I wanted they helped me always have the best experience
I come for coffee regularly. This branch of Costa is my local . I find all the staff friendly and courteous. I am greeted on arrival and thanked on departure. The shop is clean and the tables are kept clear . Excellent service.
I come here for my daily morning coffee, the coffee is always excellent, and the team working here is lovely. I often meet the manager, Sagar, great guy and always welcoming :)

Ah, it's a Costa. Let's face it, you know where you are with Costa! The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good. The layout is a bit odd. Cramped by the counter. Good disabled access and a single toilet.

Waited in line for 25 minutes only for the woman behind the counter to refuse service to the lady in front of me and everyone else in line. Said they have no milk and can only do black coffee (which you could see 4 pints of milk on the side which another server brought her. I then asked for a black coffee in which she refused and said I can only have the filtered coffee (for the same price as using the fresh beans). Was four of them working and she said she was the only one who knew how to make coffee out of the 4 staff working there. She also refused to take cash from the woman two spaces in front of me (she was the last person to get served) she wouldn’t take the cash as again nobody apparently knew how to use the till. Very unprofessional ! I understand it can be overwhelming during peak hours however to be told we can’t have coffee at a coffee shop is absurd. Definitely will not be coming here again considered the complete and utter rudeness of the server.
When I visited this place first thing I noticed that table was not clean.They also don't clean toilet regularly.I ordered latte and it wasn't warm enough too.Most surprisingly there was not wifi available in the shop.I do work on my laptop so how do you expect from people to work on their laptops if you are not providing WiFi facility? In the other hand,why don't you put sign up indicating that there's NO WIFI in the shop.Manager of this shop is absolutely useless!
They said the dishwasher is broken and have to serve in takeaway cups. staff were kind anyway. After 3 days they still serve in take away cups. Very bland latte! Won’t be back here.
