Every week I come here and somehow leave hungrier and more upset than when I walk in. The staff try their best God bless them. But it is not enough. Also my dog was subject to a brutal attack in this cafe unrelated to the staff/establishment but thought I would mention. DO NOT DOGS IN HERE.

Just had breakfast in morrison at around 11. I was already impressed with the softness of sausage, the bacon and the fried eggs but when it got to the hashbrown it smells of old cooking oil and look like its been re-fried. Also the baked beans was a bit off. Its soury. When we got home after 3 hours and so, me and my daughter were alternately using the toilet twice and I felt a bit nauseous. Its probably an old one.

Ok cafe at Morrisons Kirkstall. I've seen on other reviews that the coffee machines always seem to be out of order. I'm happy to say this wasn't the case when we went. There are free refills available too. We were served quite quickly, and the food arrived reasonably fast too. The burger I had was great. The chips were unfortunately dry and unappetising. The lasagne was nice, but the garlic bread left a lot to be desired. The full English was very nice, as was the tuna sandwich.

It's good if you have children as they eat free all day. However as far as the food is concerned it is as standard as you get, looks dry but combined with the veggies it solves that issue. I purchased a chicken burger with bacon and a slice of american cheese. Came with chips and vegetables. Only two members of staff so can't exactly blame them for the state of the tables as it just ended up piled on one table by customers. And the floors definitely need keeping on top of.

Great half price breakfast today for £2.99. Efficient staff - you get through a queue much quicker here than at Costa (which we gave up on - 4 staff behind their counter and an unmoving queue of ten). All food was nice, beans a bit cheap maybe, but enjoyed my meal. There was a lady going around constantly collecting trays while we were there. Only thing to improve for five stars - we tried to order at the self-service screen thing but there were no numbers to take so we had to queue (the numbers could do with being double sided). Anyway, long story short, good value and nice staff, quick queue.

Visited 3 Sat's in a row all 3 times service was terrible . Staff don't seem to want to be there . Staff always in a mood when new customers turn up . Tables dirty . Staff won't take things off the breakfast that's you are elergic to and are not interested in knocking the price down even tho your only having half the items .

There was a dead fly on our table most the tables needed clearing, there weren't a crazy amount of staff on but the place was empty so not sure why it was so unclean. I'm a manager of a restaurant myself so I know what hospitality can be like but can see no reasonable excuse for this. Furthermore, the food took 18 minutes to arrive which is a long wait for two paninis. Also the paninis were both burnt and the salad wilted. Just buy the supplies to make your own food and do so at home. Waste of time and money. I wasn't expecting anything special so they really had to outdo themselves by being so below my expectations.
