   5th October at 11.30am - I came in store with a newborn baby, clearly struggling on my own. A young guy and girl were serving, chatting away between themselves, no customer service, started shouting out my order one by one, toastie, cake, coffee etc I couldn’t carry everything. Had to leave my newborn in the car seat to get up and start bringing everything over myself. The store was dead. One of them could have helped and brought over my order. I am disgusted

   Stopped in for a drink and snack after seeing a customer. Place was clean and tidy, staff were freindly and efficient, and food and drink was what was expected. The place was half full, which was a good sign considering the financial climate and time of day. Will call again when in the area.

   This coffee shop seems to be used as a creche for hordes of unaccompanied local school children. Staff don't care in the slightest. Its a very noisy place for sure

   Hands down, their coffees are the worst I have ever had. I never leave a review on a chain store like Starbucks but for this branch, I seriously think they need to train the baristas better than this. The recent drink I had was a pumpkin spice latte and it was like a plain milk with a touch of pumpkin spice, even the colour was bright milky orange. Not impressed.

   The staff are fab and so friendly.So much a pleasant experience when having children that people aren't looking down their noses like a lot of places.Really can't say much more apart from the staff and service is fabulous xx
