   I love to shop here for tracksuits, and the staff who work here is extremely friendly and helpful. However, some of the prices can let you down. Some t shirts are sold for around £20+ when you could get lots more with that money from Primark. Overall I love to shop at JD and whatever you buy is worth it.

   I won't be going in this shop again the staff are terrible. Asked a simple question to one of the girls and she spread it all around the shop. Then the managers and some of the staff walking around us being bitchy and made us feel very uncomfortable so I walked out. Area managers need to have words with them

   Okay selection of products, but that all goes down the drain with the awful music that they have on all the time. I don't know what their target demographic is, because as a young person who has gone with their family a few times, it manages to scare away both the elderly and the young. You can genuinely get a headache if you stay there too long, not only because of the horrible music that varies between unintelligible loud electronic to mildly generic and tolerable, but because of the exaggerated volume of it. It is way too loud and nobody needs to be blasted with sound while they try to browse. Lack of sizing a lot of the time, but my issue lays more in the music. Won't go there again, impossibly annoying shopping experience.

   Decent enough range of shoes and sports fashion wear. In my experience, customer service was polite enough as long as the sale is going smoothly but when there was an issue (with their card machine) sales staff couldn't have cared less. They went to get another one and didn't come back.

   Very few assistants to ask for assistance and all clothes are for skinny dwarf men, nothing in 3xl or above. We aren't all catalogue models you know.

   Awful customer service waited an hour and half for a click and collect orderd 2 pairs of trainers and he only give me one. Asked where the other pair was he didn't seem bothered. Anyway went and got me another pair then said sorry I can only refund you I'm not going to price match the shoes for same as what I paid on the website the staff was rude will never shop here again. So many bad reviews need to learn proper customer service shocking place

   Asked about if they knew if there was JD in another area that I wanted to buy a voucher for. Store assistant, "how should I know, go and Google it". So I left what I was going to purchase And left the store. I'll go else where we're I can get customer service with the attitude.

   Worst place for trainers. Bought 2 pairs air max 95s for 165 each. Waited a couple weeks to wear them and within a month both pairs making funny noises clicking down the road like a horse. This only happens when you buy them from JD must be running cheap lines like they do on the clothes. Absolute shocking quality
