They had a huge sale on for a few weeks and the prices wer amazing so always good to keep an eye out for there sales. “Popped in to get my partner some new t-shirts, as he saw one he loved. We looked around but couldn't find it, and as a man, he accepted defeat and went off to the fitting rooms. I snuck off and asked a member of staff if they still had the shirt, and they were extremely helpful in locating it for us, asking what size we needed and brought it back over to us. He loves it!”

“This morning myself and 87 year old husband and on the recommendation of my sister paid our first visit to Wynsors in Birkenhead. Hubby is on oxygen with failing sight and he uses a rollator. A very large one. Had we been Royalty we could not have met with more help and kindness than that was afforded to us by Tracy and Sasha. We were very please with the shoes that we bought and we received a great deal of help. Very willingly given. We will certainly be going there again. Thank you Tracey and Sasha. It was a delight to meet you both. Since our first visit two years ago.I have been back several times.This morning hubby and I went in for shohs for him.As he is now almost 90 with feet that have gone very flat.I can't speak highly enough about the kindness help and time given to us at Wynsors today.I would advise anyone needing shoes to visit there.Thank you Wynsors you are the best x”

“Had to return a faulty top. Staff were fantastic. No replacement in my size, so chose a more expensive shirt. Manager gave 10% off due to previous top. Super friendly staff.”

“I’ve brought up my children with this saying “ treat people the way that you’d like to be treated. If you want others to treat you with kindness and respect then you will 98% of the time! And if they don’t then shame on them…. But don’t ever let it be shame on you! “ I think some customers need to remember this as respect is a 2 way street. I’ve been behind customers who’ve been held up by kicking off at the staff. I’m sorry but what’s that going to achieve? Nothing it’s just going to make the poor member of staff feel like nothing and then they panic and make mistakes that could if been avoided had the customer of had a wee bit of patience. I’m sorry but it’s not the staff members fault for your bad day or that you’re in a rush. Would you accept that? Nobody does. I’ve never had an issue with the staff but then again I’ve got manners. I think I’m going to regret this review.”
