   I begrudgingly 4. It was open , we had an apology as stock and delivery were not sorted . So no prep had been done. I had to ask twice for a drink . And as you can see ordered eggs on toast were no prep is needed . It would of been better to ask . Lacking in a finer customer service. Food was great. More butter needed on toast .

   Visited place today listening to first reviews from Google was a mistake firstly food very poor quality, our coffee cup had lipstick on nobody wears lipstick also they did the menu to trick you so when you select coffee they add coffee on even though menu says filter coffee included. Wouldn't visit again should have tried the new place near primark looks a lot better.

   Ordered a breakfast with a hash brown instead of tomatoes, I HATE tomatoes. Also ordered a jacket potato with cheese and beans. I was told they were out of jackets but if I waited 10 minutes I could have a fresh one. HALF AN HOUR later they give me my food and I rush back to the office (I get 45 minutes for my lunch) open the breakfast and it's got loads of tomatoes mixed in with the beans. Tried picking them out but the taste just sticks to anything they touch. Straight in the bin and no time to get lunch from somewhere else. Extremely slow service and can't get simple orders right. Nah, not worth the prices.

   I've been going to this cafe for years now and this place is a gem. Great food. My mushroom soup was well tasty. The coffee is brilliant and just love the theatre and musical vibe. Service is always cheery and attentive. Wonderful place.
