Do not order from this incompetent company bunch of clowns. Firstly they sent a faulty part, waited a few days for the correct part/kit, they then sent the wrong part which was for another car! Waste of time Gsf are and have delayed me so much now as the garage can't even start the work due to this rubbish company!
Worst customer service, kept waiting for over 25 mins by the tills for a product I ordered for click and collect only to be told it's not in stock despite me ordering well in advance for click and collect. Prior to me being served previous customer was sent away with not having them too so this makes me think do they stock anything here.
Very helpful advice given when looking for parts. Good online click & collect. There was a staffing shortage when I went to collect my filters, but the staff on duty was efficient and kept a cool head. Recommended if you need car parts quickly.
Good customer service and great value for money on a lot of car parts. I needed some coil spring, and GSF quoted me £39 each, whereas euro car parts said £120. Both were the same part and same make. Will be using them again. You can check online and just reserve what you need. They open for collection on a Saturday aswell.

The worst supplier I have ever dealt with. Impossible to contact them by phone, you just get a message saying call again later. They can only be contacted via a website "Contact us" form that they simply do not respond to. They lie about delivery times. I have been waiting 6 days and still not got my order nor can I find out what has happened to it. Disgusted.
