   I had previously had a battery for my old car which was so much cheaper than other quotes from here. I returned today for brake pads and discs, the quotes I had from well known companies were shockingly expensive. Birmingham Auto Parts did the job for a great price. Great customer service too! As a woman, if you feel nervous about going to a garages or repairs alone this is highly recommended.

   I used this garage a few times and honestly will not use them again. I have found out that they fitted rear brake pads and disks to my car without cleaning up the slider pins or simply replacing them. Using old bent brake pad clips causing me to now spend £120 elsewhere including £40 for new pads. Speaking to another garage they told me they get allot of the bad work this garage has done.

   I'm discusted how they can disrespect peoples cars. I have used this garage for 14 years and always recommend them to friends and family I've put so much work there way as I've always trusted them. Well all I can say is that I'm discusted and mortified now. My car isn't pristine condition and does have marks but since this garage having it for 2 days it's been trashed. Scratched , dented and scuffs while in there care My drivers side back light has had a bump where is cracked and pushed in with yellow paint over it. Bottom of the back bumper scuffed and back drivers side door dented and scraped with white and yellow paint. Very deep scratch on drivers door handle and also scratches where it looks like they have hit my door off a wall. Also loads of white dots all over the side of the car and all over the windows. Also no commication as they done more work which they didn't even notify me needed doing. Also constantly chasing them when would my car be finished. Then left my car with the back door open over the road I will never recommend or give them work again in the future. They have lost a very good customer and my respect. Please be aware and go elsewhere pay the extra if needed. Utter scum

   I have been trying for a week to get my van fixed. Nobody works after 5pm or after 1pm on Saturdays which are my hours of work. My pal recommended Birmingham Auto Parts, they fitted me in on a Sunday, not only that, only took 2 hours, and for £67 ALL UNHEARD OF FOR A SUNDAY. Today Sunday the 9th October 2022, they fixed my back D bushes on the Caddy, and fitted a new battery, all for £120
