   Attender Halfords today to get wipers fitted to my car. The young man who served me was excellent and due to the demands on the fitting bays. He was able to leave the till and he fitted them for me so I would not have a long wait. I would mention his name but the name on my receipt was that of his female colleague who was also working on the service tills. I had the best experience today especially with the demands of other motorists making sure their vehicles were road worthy over the Christmas holiday period. Five stars all the way

   Very positive experience of visiting this store and of the dashcam fitting service. I had already researched the range of products and was served by Alex who was very polite and helpful, downloading the app and running through the settings and features once fitted. Advised of timescales for the fitting and very happy with the service received.

   Took my car here after needing a jump start. After someone checked my car battery and alternator and proclaimed them fine, my car wouldn't start again. He didnt know that the battery would seem 'OK' directly after a jump start- more training needed I feel! At this point, I am so grateful to George who went above and beyond to get me going again after it still didn't start with a new battery.

   I live on the opposite side of Erdington where these is more close halfords stores to me however I ALWAYS come to this halfords store as their customer service is amazing! I have been served by Jordan a few times and he has helped me with my car. He is very professional and is very friendly and helpful. He is definitely a great asset to the team! Thank you! :)

   Had my Nextbase Front and rear dash cams hardwired to new car. My appointment was at 08:00 which suited me and the technician, Alex, was ready and waiting. He said it would take an hour. He was bang on with the timing. He replaced the hardwire cable to ensure it was sound even though I gave him the one from my old car, for me that's good service. WE chatted about how to keep the camera charged, again good service. Thanks Alex for your excellent service.

   Poor customer service. Husband went to collect a bike already purchased online , the member of staff was less than enthusiastic to serve him. The bike seat was filthy as it was covered in oil and when he mentioned it to the staff member she replied 'do you want me to clean it ? ' followed by a sigh. This is far from good customer service and the store was far from busy........

   Called in to get my rear lights sorted. My husband had attempted to sort it but clearly was out of his depth. Looked after by a great colleague called George who was outstanding and could not have been more helpful and considerate. Would definitely recommend Halfords and just to let the management know that George is worth his weight in gold.

   Excellent experience at Halfords, Erdington. My dip headlight had gone and I drove straight around to the store. Having entered my registration number, the web site told me which light to purchase. I then asked for the light to be fitted and within 15 minutes (the store was very busy) a charming young man fitted the light and I was on my way. Great staff and excellent service. MC

   Ordered an item online which stated it'd be ready to collect within 1 hour. Received a call over 3 hours later saying that the item could not be found and since they have now passed the order cut-off deadline, it would not arrive for another 5 days. Although not ideal, accepted this arrangement reluctantly only then to be informed by email that my order had been cancelled!? Called back on their number which redirects to a contact centre (note could not speak directly with the store) to inform me that the first order was cancelled, a new order was placed and the first order payment would still apply. Could have saved all this confusion. Whilst I understand that mistakes can happen, clear communication of the process going forwards would have been useful.

   Chap behind the counter, I believe his name was George, was extremely friendly and helpful. Had someone for my headlight bulb quickly and I also had some break discs ordered in that arrived the same day for me to pick up. Would 100% recommend.
