Was in for a gearbox remap on a 2014 A45 AMG. Left car with them for the morning as was working. Great job by the team, car is a lot nore responsive and no longer hesitates at junctions etc. Feels like it shifts quicker too. Well worth doing if you have an early A45. Friendly and helpful staff, great knowledge on these cars
Was trying to source a part for my Merc, called in on Saturday morning. No one in the reception area, so rang the bell as requested. No one answered. Ended up calling them from the reception to be told they didn't have the part anyway.
Sold me a bumper which had been repaired very poorly by them,(they didn't even mention it was damaged repaired) we only realised once the mechanic put it on the car. I asked them if I could return it and they said to me " bring the car to us we will try to fit it". Very unprofessional and dishonest people.Will never go back to these kind of people. Update.(to your reply)I wasn't an expert to know the bumper was damaged repaired and repaired poorly when I collected it. Until my mechanic told me. And why would we have to bring the car to you why would you not take the part back which is not fit for purpose?my car didnt have mot or road tax, i would not have brought my car to you anyway.Never mind the distance.I clearly told you the bumper doesn't fit properly and can i return it?I wasn't asking just for my money back without returning your part.Rather than helping customers you are quick to reply to feedback here with your stupid comments...Have some decency.Also, you advertised it on ebay and sold it to me for cash.I will report it to Ebay as well with evidence.
I was calling them to get the price for exhaust system and catalytic converter. Guy picked up the phone.. I said to him what I am looking for.. He’s answering nothing at all! I asked him what you mean. Finally he was willing to speak properly… We do not have. Then I asked him where can I look for the solution? Then he put me on the hold.. I was planning to take my car there for tuning as well but I will choose someone else definitely! Poor customer service and they do not really want to help… BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!
Great service. I ordered a car part (injectors) for my car & I fancied picking it up as my mechanic was ready to do the job that very day. They answered the phone every time I called, we’re very patient & informed me if the part was not right or faulty (which it wasn’t ) I could return. I liked the fact that they were flexible in allowing me to come to the shop to collect. The part itself was perfect & I am happy with such an efficient & honest service. I will be keeping my car a while so I would be using them again if needs be. 5 stars from me, very happy customer :-).
Avoid - Attempted to profiteer before helping a potential customer Tried to buy a used ECU for my poorly 2004 Vito van on their Ebay site advertised as £100 'or make an offer'. Made an offer, received counter offer of £98. I sent a further offer of £85 asking could they help me with a better deal as its Xmas, mid December and I needed my van as busy time. Tried calling several times to discuss or buy through their website but couldn't get through. I couldn't believe my eyes when they INCREASED the price to £130 removing the offer option too. Not very nice. Another reviewer states they increased their agreed price to him, going back on their word. Ask yourself what kind of Customer Service they would give you, and proceed with caution.

Absolutely awful customer service. Quoted me for a part a few weeks ago, so drove 1hr to get there today in the blistering heat and awful traffic only for them to go back on there quote and try to charge me 2.5 times the amount! Never will I use you again!
