   What a team!! Everytime we go into this store we are blown away by the support from the friendly ladies. This occasion was no different - I went in there looking for a new winter / autumn coat, found a stunning coat - but walked out with a dress instead as I wanted to really make sure the coat I tried on was what I wanted, especially as my mind was made up with purchasing a new puffer coat. We returned to the shop 20 mins from closing to purchase the Peterson wool coat, and the customer service provider Karen, who served me previously remembered us - she was friendly and extremely helpful - she even managed to offer me a discount on the coat! We were blown away! One of the nicest shops in Bluewater, always clean, friendly helpful staff and aesthetically pleasing shop and amazing changing rooms. Thank you ladies

Her friendliness and customer service was exemplary. She helped me find a beautiful dress which was perfect for me. I received so many compliments. Thank you so much. Outstanding service.    Really excellent shopping experience and I'm a guy. My wife thinks the same so the female perspective is that it really was a wonderful experience. Shop is well laid out, bright in the right places with lots of room to browse and very well decorated and stocked. Ab fab wreath so props to the people who thought of that and got it in place. So the shop is great, but the staff took it up not just a level, but several levels. They gave us space but helped when we needed it. We did a return which was so easy. Picked up something we had ordered... And it was there (how annoying it is when you order something only to be told it wasn't there). Then found what we needed, one thing in their store and 2 other things in the Bromley store. In particular one item was impossible to find on the internet or even calling up customer services... Yet Kelly managed it. There was much more they did to make it such a lovely shopping experience but won't bore you. Kelly was the only name I got but 3 or 4 others were in the store and were very very helpful. Definitely an above and beyond effort for the team. Whoever the district manager is for this branch... Please ensure all the staff in the shop on 6 January are aware of how helpful, professional and just downright perfect they were that day, esp Kelly as she spent most time with us. Absolute 5 star experience

   I love the Bluewater store - such amazing staff, who are incredibly helpful and attentive! I initially called to enquire as to size availability and was phoned back promptly after they’d checked, with the items I was asking for already placed aside for me to try that same day. Once in store, Zoe and V were fantastic, going above and beyond to find different sizes in the items I was trying on or providing alternate colours in the same style, so I could still get an idea of fit in store before ordering online. Even after purchasing my items, and ordering a few pieces online at the till, V steamed my clothing, after I asked about ironing creases out of a specific fabric. The entire team made my visit completely stress-free & enjoyable. I have shopped frequently at this location and will most definitely be returning!
