“I went to aldo shoes bluewater with my mum today There today my mum tried on some shoes see if she liked them The staff were very kind and helpful and kind to my mum They are always very helpful to their customers that come in to have a look at the shoes I like all the shoes they have there they are very lovely We had a look at all the shoes they have there The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly The service there is very good amazing wonderful I had a very lovely second experience there today at aldo shoes bluewater with my mum today This place gets it's second 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around”

“I saw a pair of trainers in the sale which were 50% cheaper than anywhere else I’d seen online. Not surprisingly they didn’t have my size, but the sales assistant said he’d check the other stores and luckily found my size in another store which he’d get sent over and reserve for me. They arrived next day. Can’t complain about seamless service like that, even if it’s just a sale product.”

“Got a good pair of comfy shoes that were good quality this Saturday. It was hard to find a pair of shoes that had everything I required. The man serving me was very patient and made us feel relaxed. He spotted when it wasn't a good fit and encouraged us to leave with the right fit rather than rush a sale. I had to go through several pairs for it and it took a while but I left really happy. First time at Jones. I'll be back based on this experience.”

“We went to Timberland on the 03/10 for some new school shoes. Kim was extremely helpful, spoke to us in a friendly manner, and gave us many suggestions for all kinds of styles. You can appreciate the staff training in product knowledge and they have genuine customer service skills. We all left, happy, with our new shoes. Definitely coming back.
