   Very nice and calm atmosphere for the shop and there are many opportunities for discounts for people if you are a student, or join their loyalty program. I found their staff to be very helpful and it is easy to navigate and browse if you get overwhelmed easily. I would highly recommend visiting here if you need new shoes as they have a wide selection! Sophie was very helpful when I came in and was very patient!

   I went in Schuh Bluewater for a bit of retail therapy and I came away very happy. There was a very good range of shoe options from top brands and I was almost spoilt for choice. The staff were extremely helpful and let me try on the style of shoe I wanted in different colours. They also talked me through how best to care for my chosen shoes as I purchased suede shoes and I was conscious I wanted to keep them protected. Overall I was very happy with my visit and would go back when looking for trainers or shoes again.

   Went in to buy a pair of trainers for my son, but they were out of stock. The staff member was really helpful and offered to order online for me and post with free delivery. Trainers arrived within a couple of days. Great service. Would recommend

   Thank you Phoebe for the kind service today, as we need to buy my girl a new Pair of black leather shoes before back to school. Phoebe is so patient to counter-propose another pair of Maryjane shoes with right size instead of the loafer one. She is so cheerful and patient to the parents. And she even suggests us the pair of in-sole in order to fill up a little room for the new shoes. We are so glad to be served by Phoebe with incredible service, and mission accomplished for the new school year!!

   I had a great service from Oliver, I couldn't decide which pair for Vans to choose, but Oliver explained the differences like one had cushion back heel and the other one didn't. So i ended up choosing the one with the cushion back heel. I was also explaining to him that, i always like everything in doubles/pairs so i ended up buying a black pair and navy pair of Vans. Oliver was very approachable and friendly, I was on my way to the Beach and I stopped to buy a few things. Oliver was so nice and with a big smile he even told me to have a great day at the beach. Thank You Oliver for all your help and i will most definitely be buy my trainers here again.
