Wonderful service and delicious Shakshuka. Such a generous portion! The best way to warm up after a freezing morning

A nice little place just 10 minutes away from the centre of York. We had breakfast here two days in a row, trying both sweet and salty dishes, and every time we left satisfied! The staff is absolutely adorable and the vibe is nice and cozy ❤️ we'll be back on our next trip to the UK Grazie mille ❤️

Lovely little cafe, nice decor, very interesting menu which I believe changes every so often to keep things interesting. But sadly my daughter found not one but two hairs in her meal (mushrooms, leeks and eggs on sourdough toast), which being typically self conciously British we didn't bring up at the time. So two stars off, one for each hair, which is a shame because otherwise the food was delicious.

Been wanting to visit for ages but never got around to it before today. Food was beautifully cooked and presented. We have the full English and the savoury French toast. You’ll leave happy with a big smile on your face. Service really friendly too and our dog was given a free sausage! Will definitely be going back :)

Had a brilliant meal here with my business partner! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the ambience is excellent! I had the Hungarian goulash which was fantastic, and my friend had the peanut butter burger which he said was amazing. The desserts/cakes were such impressive designs that you couldn't even tell they were cakes! But they again were very tasty. Will be bringing my wife soon for some more Goulash! Highly recommend!

The cafe is compact, However bright and clean, i was greeted by a friendly staff member. I had a latte and a breakfast/ dessert pot cherry coulis with creamy yoghurt and granola. Both were very good. Especially the creamy yoghurt pot. Price was fairly reasonable.

Lovely, welcoming staff, very polite and pleasant. Very clean café on a corner plot close to the hospital. Has some outdoor seating on the pavement to the front. I am not normally a brownie person, but I tried their chocolate brownie and it was quite yum. Nice hot chocolate too. Would revisit.

Stopped off for a coffee this morning and was not disappointed! Welcomed with a smile and friendly hello and didn’t feel rushed when I was having a struggle deciding what to choose!! My flat white with caramel syrup was lovely and they offer non dairy alternatives. Eventually I opted for the sausage buttie which came in a large soft bread bun and was good quality sausage - it was perfect. So glad I decided to stop off - will definitely be back.
