   I'm new to the area and gave this a go and was well impressed. Had Steak Pie, Chips and mushy peas and it was excellent. The atmosphere and the character of the place is something else. Will be a regular now. Going to try it the week before but it was rammed! That is a good sign!

   Loved the old fashioned market cafe, nice and cozy, staff very friendly and the chips was homemade bloody delicious and nice to eat, I was recommended the cornish pasty, the gentleman wasn't wrong, bloody nice with must peas and gravy. It was a great place to visit, and you wouldn't be disappointed. Great value for money.

   What can you not enjoy about Mister Dee's?! I work in the town centre and having Mister Dee's nearby is just what you need! Fantastic service always and warm welcomes all around from each member who works there! Great atmosphere and great quality of food and service. Would highly recommend Mister Dee's to all who seek amazing food and service at just the right price :)

   All the staff at Mister Dee's cafe are so so friendly. The food portions are absolutely huge so you definitely get your money's worth here. The ingredients for the breakfasts are also high quality and are delicious. We love getting our breakfasts here on a Saturday morning and always say hello. For us, it's the best part of Halifax market, and we enjoy having a good chat with the lovely staff there. Please come along and give your support to these fantastic, independent cafes and eateries.

   We visited Mr Dee’s in the Halifax Borough Market for a snack lunch, and the next day for breakfast. We had filled tea cakes (barms to us on the other side of the Pennines!) which were very generous. We also had Yorkshire tea and coffee. Just over £9.00!! Fresh as can be too. We returned for breakfast the next morning and were so full for the rest of the day. My Himself had the full whack, I only had sausage, bacon and fried bread (I stole his mushrooms). Two teas and again just under £10. Fantastic value and plenty of food. The staff were charming. My only gripe is that the full breakfast plate was too small so everything was piled on top of each other. I’d have been upset at that but husband managed with just minor spillages.
