Phoned and spoke to Jack on Monday about a power steering pump, he checked with Bosch to make it was the correct one and called me back to confirm, well done! I ordered the pump and jack told me to expect it Friday that week or the following Monday, it has arrived today, Thursday! First class customer service and a very swift dispatch and delivery!
KMS Birmingham are lifesavers. Nobody could source piston rings for us with all stock being in manufacture or unknown location. Jack at KMS worked wonders making sure they could get the right parts in time and have them delivered to us in London. Special order on Thursday evening, arrived to me Saturday morning. It's fantastic people and great service like this that outrstips the big boys ten to one and keeps people on the move. Thank you KMS!
Good quality mercedes parts, but service is terrible. I urgently order a part on Monday. Got a call Thursday asking me to confirm. I said it was urgent and hadn't posted it yet? It showed at "not despatched" on my order and got no teply from 3 emails. I finally called to get a tracking number, and it arrived after 10 days
Terrible place ordered a part set a time too collect after 3 and half hours set off back on 4 hour drive with no part my advice avoiding the plague!!!!

Absolutely dreadful - avoid like the plauge. I purchased a replacement ignition switch from this company via eBay. Mechanic fitted the part which turned out to be defective and not fit for purpose . Returned the part at my own expense and didn't get any response from KMS at all and no refund - absolutely disgusting. Not only did I get landed with the abortive labour expense of £50 of my mechanic fitting the KMS supplied faulty part , but I also then ended up out of pocket with KMS neither refunding the returned part or return postage costs.
Good place, parking structure is not good. It's like Eurocarparts but no-one behind the counter. There is a buzzer but hidden between all the other notices on the wall. Better placed on the counter. Oh and even if a staff member sees you, they won't deal with you unless you ring that buzzer. I would also say needs brightening up more. Nice guy who served. Overall easy process.
I found these guys helpful, the main sales guy is wary of you ordering the wrong parts and double checks your model and asks about the job you are undertaking, he also makes sure you have everything you need, if he hadn't advised me on the seals i needed i would have been delayed even longer. They also sent out one item that didn't arrive the following day for me and gave tracking details. They cant control their own suppliers and they cant avoid customers ordering the wrong parts which is probably why they get bad reviews occasionally, maybe they should hold more stock but that's always a challenge for any business, i'd recommend
