Were showing the shoes my daughter wanted in stock online so drove here and they had them! Made the trip simple and straightforward.
My wife had to find a last minute outfit, panic set in when she couldn't find anything she liked, so I trudged along into another shop that all had by now blended into one, but then...she saw something she liked, but what made this find even more uplifting was the service given by Molly, we had been in all the usual stores, yes the other ones, and not one sales person really attempted to help, just went through the motions, but Molly actually cared, a real genuine attitude to solve my wife's wardrobe dilemma. Molly took the time to find sizes, even accessorized the outfit, then Lisa joined the group, mints started being handed out, laughter, jokes and a real pleasure to see individuals interact over a dress.....both Lisa and Molly are an absolute credit to the brand, it was as if you was in a high end retailer, I'm surprised that they haven't been approached by luxury brands, as their customer service was just, quite simply first class. Thank you for what you both did today, especially Molly, it's people like you that makes a happier place.
Really unhelpful member of staff at Bluewater branch. I went to the ordering and collection, and asked this member of staff if I could order something she abruptly said no, and told me to go to the checkout tills to order. I have always ordered at the order point before. I then described a top I was looking for as I couldn't find it. Instead of her offering to help me find it she straight away said she didn't know where it would be as she had been off for 3 days. She needs a lesson in customer service, and how to treat customers properly. It was all too much effort for her.
Love this store , lots to choose from including shoes and accessories , good changing rooms always clean and great fashion for young and old
Honestly the prices vs quality at New Look is going downhill a bit, however I really appreciate how this store still has visible staff around the store and staffed checkouts. I have hidden disabilities and being faced with a lot of self check outs and customer service screens in shops around Bluewater now makes for an incredibly stressful and overwhelming shopping experience. However being able to ask for help and chat to staff, who are friendly and welcoming, makes my experience in this store as a customer a calm and enjoyable one. There's a fair choice of products at good prices, although you have to hunt for quality pieces.
Don't like it at all overpriced poor quality on some items staff seem uninterested in customers
Needed to find a t shirt and I got what I wanted! Even a jumper on sale for £5, what a bargain I say!
I love New look but they did not have what i was looking for
Nice selection of clothes. Lighting seemed really dark so had trouble looking at colours
