Can't fault Driftworks at all!! Amazing customer service. Twice I've had BC Racing Coilovers off them, 1st set back in 2022 for my lexus is250 and 2nd set couple months back for my Merc Aclass. Both fitted myself, had a hiccup with the 2nd ones but the customer service staff Matt specifically was super helpful and ran through every single eventuality it could be, finally finding the issue. Perfect ride now! Will definitely be keeping them in mind for any other bits I might need. Thankyou!!!!!
I ordered some wheels, and Matt was extremely helpful when I called to ask about being able to determine the correct fitment of the wheels in regards to not interfering with the brake callipers on my car (quickly sent me an email with all the info I would need to provide, which he was then going to pass on to the manufacturer). However, I didn’t realise that i’d chosen a custom fitment option - and this introduced a logistics issue because I needed the wheels to be delivered by a certain date. Matt was extremely helpful and understanding when I brought this up, but unfortunately I had to ultimately request a cancellation of the order - and Matt issued the refund immediately. Overall, Matt was brilliant to communicate with, both over the phone and over email. Quick replies and speedy action every-time. You can tell that he really cares about the customer service he provides. I will definitely be making sure that if I ever order wheels again, it will always be through Driftworks from now on, because Matt is someone who definitely deserves the business!!
Real appreciation for their service. I had some questions about coilover fitment and they were able to confirm which part numbers applied to my Subaru. If you ever have questions, definitely email them. They've got a quick turn around and will let you know whats up. Shipping was super quick for what I ordered, all came on time. Best prices I was able to find online as well. 10/10 will shop again.
Couldn't be happier with the folks at Driftworks. I am US based and ordered a set of 2forge ZF1 rims from Driftworks. They were great in walking me through getting the wheels through US customs. Unfortunately, upon receiving my rims, I found that 4/5 of them were bent during shipping (Fedex). The rims were shipped in only the one layer box with no padding however there should've been no reason for them to be so damaged. Driftworks gets a 5 star review from me because after I sent pictures of the damage, they worked with me to make the situation right and refunded me half of what I paid for the rims. I was able to repair them at a local shop and have had them on my GTI for about 4 months now, couldn't be happier. Thanks Driftworks (and more specifically Matt)!
I purchased E36 suspension for my E30 with hub conversion. Unfortunately I made a mistake with buying the E36 suspension as the fitment was slightly different, However Vick was so knowledgeable and she sent out the correct part straight away! Vick and Chris sorted everything out for me, which made everything so easy, brilliant service from these two !

Their customer service is second to none, had a fault with suspension I brought from them in 2020. They liased with the manufacturer, 2 days after posting my faulty part a new one has arrived. Waited two weeks for fitting information and pricing on set of wheels where I had already advised them what sizes and offsets I required after a conversation direct with the manufacturer. Gave up in the end. Absolutely shocking, no wonder our economy is in such a mess. I ended up purchasing a set of Brixton forged wheels in the end at a far greater cost..
Ordered a set of wheel bolts, arrived faster than expected with a nice little packet of Haribo too, excellent products at great prices will be ordering more bits soon
