   Ordered a skirt to be delivered to store on Monday said it was going to be there Friday, which is a ridiculously long time but fine, had nothing all day on Friday I ended up calling the store after no reply on their online chat and WhatsApp chat, 5 calls later spoke to the most unhelpful person I could have who just told me yeah it’s not here won’t be here today

   I had a very unpleasant experience in Lakeside store. I had been charged twice for the shopping on the 17 January (issue with the till). Staff said that the money will come back into my account in few days, but my account has been debited twice! I went to the store today to resolve the issue however the staff in the store refused to help and said I need to deal with it myself and to call the customer service.

   Poor quality. Bought a pair of trousers and seams came away after just one wear. Bought from a store but no option to return by post for refund. Poor customer service. Won’t be buying anything from this company again. Once bitten, twice shy.

   Clothes are over priced and only last 1 wear. I’ve bought tops that go bobbly within 1 wash. I spent £60 on a coat that is ruined within a few wears. If you need different sizes while in the changing rooms staff don’t help even if the store is quiet, you have to get changed again and get the size yourself.
