   I’m very disappointed with the way my fiancée was treated during a recent visit to return a dress I had purchased using my card. I completely understand that the cardholder may need to be present for certain refunds — that’s not the issue. The issue is how she was treated. Instead of simply explaining the policy politely, the staff member questioned her in a way that made her feel like she was trying to use a stolen card or commit fraud. The tone and approach were completely unnecessary and left her feeling humiliated — she was so upset she cried until the moment I arrived. When I went to speak to the staff member involved, she had already left, and my fiancée asked me not to escalate it further, so I respected that. This experience has left both of us extremely disappointed. A simple, respectful explanation of the policy would have been enough. No customer should ever be made to feel accused or ashamed over a genuine return request. I hope the store reviews its customer service approach so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

   I am so shocked at how rude the young man that works in this shop is!! I asked to pay with cash so the lovely lady at the till had to ask for someone had to come over and help and the young man came over and huffed and puffed multiple times no customer service at all, snatched over the money that had been counted out for them recounted, handed it back to the lady and said 'that's fine' and walked off! I truly think no matter what you pay with card or legal tender please don't be rude or begrudge counting it or checking it and making the customer feel uncomfortable using this to pay for your stores goods.

   Very polite staff. We do much shopping over there. But one thing was weired, Security oerson just follwing me and my friend that was his job but he is pretending that we are going to steel something. He was resist guy and due to our skin color just focu on us. I didnt bother bcz we were not thinking negative but his reaction horrible to us then we stop shopping immidiaely and bought selected stuff and left shop.overall staff was very polite and helping.

   Since the rebranding this shop looks even better. They have a wide range of products in store. The team members are helpful and ready to jump in when needed. They had a bit of queue at the tills but the team members managed to move quickly so wasn’t a long wait.

She was so helpful and went to the stock room several times to check for additional sizes and options for both myself and my Nan. She deserves a promotion for sure.    Wanted a white swim suit, for a pool party. Entered River, to get a gorgeous, sexy number. The one in the shop, had pen mark, (in picture) and there was not another, in my size. Staff, behind counter were so lovely, ordering another for me, online to be delivered to my home.
