Yet another disappointment at Starbucks. This company's barista's cannot make a flat white. They pour it like they don't give a crap and then call out a name. It's such a shame they are the company that's building these roadside electric car charging stations.

Nice quiet wee motorway stop off, when we were there it was quiet, but still well staffed. Coffee was surprisingly Starbucks and the tea was good too and there is a pretty standard range of sandwiches, snacks and cakes. Toilets are fresh, well maintained and clean, there is a small but functional carpark and a drive through window.

Visited this Starbucks and while the service was quick in what was only a half-empty store, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed abrupt, disinterested and at times almost offended by the simplest of requests, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. The warmed-up food was underwhelming and sadly lacking in both taste and presentation, feeling more like an afterthought than something freshly served. The location itself is very good and convenient, which makes it all the more disappointing that the standards inside do not match. The toilets were particularly unpleasant, with a strong smell and clear signs of neglect, including the need for proper repair and maintenance. With a little more care and effort from both the staff and management, this branch could easily improve, but as it stands it falls well short of expectations.

Starbucks provided a delightful atmosphere with exceptional service during my recent visit. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff created a welcoming experience. However, the hazelnut hot chocolate, unfortunately, fell short of expectations, as its taste left much to be desired. Despite this, the overall positive aspects of the place and excellent service make it a worthwhile stop for coffee enthusiasts.

This is without doubt one of the most spectacular Starbucks in England. We have driven past this iconic services on the A1 in Nottinghamshire a thousand times and it has been empty for maybe ten years. With a bright and airy interior, this is a fabulous resting place for a refreshment break. The building was a revolutionary design in the 1960s, by architect Sam Scorer of Lincoln and was last occupied 'eons' ago by Little Chef. This former 'filling station' (ask your grandad) with a crazy parabolic roof is now under the umbrella of the National Transport Trust as a Heritage Site.

Slowest drive through ever for standard drinks order, while the car park looked full a queue didn't seem to exist at the counter. Drink quality was below par as well. Cool building though.

Went in the drive through. Despite only 2 cars In Front service was quite slow. Staff member who served was very friendly, but only realised when I drove away that they had given me the wrong drink.

Quite possibly the worst flat white I've ever had. It was a decaf almond milk one but it had no froth and was, at best, lukewarm. I should have known by how quickly it was made, and the shop wasnt busy at all, so no excuses for rushing it. I didn't have the time or the inclination to complain.

We eventually stopped for a drink after passing this iconic building for years. It was very quiet so we ordered I had a white Americano when it came it was black no idea if you have to put your own milk in anyway I couldn't tell if there was any milk in as the bubbles covered the top. Sat down and took a sip then I realized it was black well as there was no one else in ordering coffee you would think they could get a simple order right. Couldn't arsed to go back to the counter so drank it Wich to be honest was a good coffee. Went to the toilet no toilet paper.
