   Rediculos staff. Not helping even when after finishing our shopping in counters.

   As I was paying cash for some socks this morning, I stood in a queue behind two other customers. When it was their turn, both customers were returning items. This obviously takes time but fair enough, if it’s H&M’s policy to do everything at the tills, I. can wait patiently, However, when it was my turn, the cashier decided to spend his time putting away a collection of returned items, leaving me hanging. No ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’ or any such courtesies. I got so fed up of watching him and waiting for service that I said ‘excuse me, surely priority should be taking money from customers’. (There was a queue behind me by now). The other cashier piped up and said ‘he’s actually overdue for a break’. At that point, I tossed the socks onto the counter, saying I’d waited long enough and walked out. The issue here is lack of training in customer service - H&M should take note particularly as the High Street is in dire straits. What happened to ‘the customer pays our wages’ or ‘the customer is king’?

   Love this little store! Can always find something for any occasion and has gotten me out of trouble many times for a last minute purchase! Nice and quiet so you don’t feel rushed and staff helpful if you want to do click and collect.

   Nice selection of clothes. The sale rails could do with organising more at times. It is also hard to find an available member of staff on the 'floor' to help. Still pleased to have this store in Staines.

   It was terrible long queue to pay and only one till was open, when staff member crossed the queue i asked ‚is there anyone who can serve’ she replayed ‚no’ and walked off.

   I was today (Christmas eve) at this shop. Employers were awful to me, they were asking to leave the shop something about 30 min before closing. Of course they were closed at 4pm not at 6pm. I'm very disappointed. I know everyone want to go home as soon as it possible but for example I was really wanted to buy something for a gift.

   Lovely store. Had best customer service across all H&M stores. Got an amazing dress which I will wear on my anniversary and o gosh, it was half price £20 only. Lady in changing room was very helpful and zipped me up. Thank you so much
