   I dont normally leave reviews but Justin was beyond excellent, helping me get exactly what I wanted. Never pushy for me to buy more, friendly and helpful. Had a genuinely excellent experience and will be back next time because of this. Justin is genuinely brilliant and I hope he is rewarded well. Highly recommend.

   Came in to see a suit I’d seen online and to seek some advice. The wonderful Amy was quick to see me and answered all my questions, gave me some great advice and gave me so many options to try on. I didn’t buy anything but the care and attention she gave to helping me out in finding the right colour, fit and style really left a mark on me - she was so lovely, polite and helpful the entire time even after I’d expressed I wasn’t buying on the day. When I do buy she’ll be the first person I speak to! Thank you Amy!

   I visited the Kingston branch in September, The staff, especially the manager, show no interest in helping customers properly. I went in with clear details of what I needed, but instead of being assisted professionally, I was made to feel like I was wasting their time. They didn’t bother checking stock properly, gave short answers, and acted as if they couldn’t care less whether I bought anything or not. It’s shocking to see such poor attitude and lack of effort in a well-known brand store. This Kingston branch seriously needs better management and proper training in customer service. I won’t be visiting again .

   This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in any Moss Bros store — and sadly, it came from the manager himself at the Kingston branch. I knew my size. I’ve bought suits many times before from Stratford and Westfield branches without any issue. But this manager ignored me, insisted I needed a bigger size, and even after I explained clearly, he brought me the wrong one. Only later did he realise I was right all along. Instead of apologising or correcting himself, he just wanted me out of the shop as quickly as possible. When the jacket I needed was out of stock, he told a colleague to order it but she used the wrong email address — not mine. Then, when I asked for a shirt, he flatly said they didn’t have it. No effort, no care. If it wasn’t for another polite staff member who actually measured me properly and gave me the right shirt, the whole trip would have been a complete waste of time. For a manager to treat paying customers like this is beyond unprofessional — it’s disrespectful. Moss Bros Kingston needs to seriously reconsider who they put in charge because this experience was enough to make me never want to shop there again.

   Worse customer service I have ever received. I went to return trousers that I had only just bought recently as they didn’t match the colour of the other moss clothing and they refused to accept it and were incredibly rude and condescending towards me. I used to shop here on a regular basis and after this will never shop here again. I actually promoted the brand on social media to over 100 million people in the space of only a few months and although this has nothing to do with me being refused to get a refund or exchange on my trousers it shows how they treat even there very best customers. I am outraged to say the least.

   Had an appointment at 9am this morning for suit viewing for a wedding. Door wqs closed at 9am and the lady who answered the door was rude. Was told I needed to give 3 months notice to them prior to hire. As it is 2 and a half months to the wedding I was told this would not be possible. Absolutely terrible as this isn’t a problem in other suit tailors. Don’t go here. Terrible service.

   I came to the Kingston’s and I never expected to got the best and excellent customer service ever I got. Moss managers must know that Hugo has the best customer service, extremely professional, always looking after you and he helps me with my weeding suit. Hugo had transformed this moment and experience. This is a kind of service that is difficult to find nowadays, but he was impeccable and deserve to be recognised. Thanks Maison

   I would give 0 stars if I could - AVOID AVOID AVOID. Their system is far too rigid any request was not possible, just too difficult to deal with I will never use these again. Just buy it’s worth not having to deal with this inflexible hire company

   Absolutely stunning store with professional staff who are experts on their knowledge of suits. Had to purchase everything from shoes, a suit & belt to shirt & a tie. Daniel was patience, professional with no issues from my lack of knowledge being too tiresome for him to help. Will definitely come here again & see Daniel when I’m in need of another suit, highly recommend!
