   Unhelpful staff and refused to assist. Went in for a car key battery replacement and they refused to do it as they said it would need programming and should go to Timpson. Went to Timpson, done in less than 30 seconds and it didn't need to be reprogrammed at all. Seems this was just a case of staff not wanting to do it. Recommend anyone else goes elsewhere too as coming here was a waste of time.

Always helpful at this branch nothing is too much trouble. Customer care is 2md to none. Wish all companies. Would take a leaf out of this Cannocks branch

   I was greeted by a member of staff who was only too pleased at making sure I had the correct item for my car. After taking my car details there part was checked and confirmed it was what I was looking for. As I have a discount code I was assisted by the member of staff who gladly pointed me in the right direction to gain my discount instead of having to beg for it. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

   Brought 2 bikes on Sunday the 17th of August totaling to £2055 to find out on the following Monday that they had both gone on offer and thought oh well these things happen i got the call to say that they were ready we came to the store on the 23rd of August to collect the bikes and the lad who served us Joal was at the front door and fair play to him he said he felt bad that the bikes went on offer the day after and told us they would refund the difference now thats top tear customer service very polite very knowledgeable thanks for the great customer service big thanks to Joal and Connor for the awesome customer service and for building the bikes for us

   Went on Monday 27th around half 2 and was served by a lovely young guy who was serving the till and also doing the fittings. He fitted my windscreen wiper in seconds, and was polite and friendly the whole time. Would highly recommend.

   *edit update* as of 7th Feb still not received a refund. This is despite email from customer services on 2nd Feb co firming they had sent it to my original payment method. I bought a dash cam from this store and had to return it. I was told my refund would come from head office. Still not received a refund and have no calls returned when I request them via the online chat. Disgusting service, they still have £304 of my money that I can't get back. Do not buy anything of value from Halfords as they are more than willing to steal from you. Very stressful as I cannot get in touch with anyone.

   I was very happy with the service from the store today. The two lads who fitted my bulbs were polite, helpful and friendly and very efficient in their work. The lads had a real problem getting the old bulbs from my 208, but they persisted in making sure the job was done. I strongly recommend the cannock branch. Many thanks guys.

   Service is good, but so rushed. Mechanic fitting battery was very good at Cannock. Had a problem because they didn’t check my email address for receipt property therefore no receipt. Found it impossible to ring store to rectify. Have to now go in to get receipt for warranty to be valid on battery. This will waste at least two hours, just because their systems are poor.
