Purchased a water cap from them for my motor home via Ebay. Only had to open it 3 time to top up with water. On 4th time cap would not screw off. In the end after 1hr of struggling levered cap off with screwdriver. Ebay gave me their contact details to get a replacement. I emailed on Monday 5th August asking for replacement. No response. Guess that means I should get lost - they will not be replacing the faulty cap. I did purchase it a year ago but one is not out in their motor home every week. I only use it 4 - 5 times a year. Even so one expects it to last more than 1 year. The previous one lasted 15 years.
