   I visited Primark in Staines today with my friend for some shopping. While trying on a jacket, I accidentally left my bag on the rail and completely forgot about it as we moved to another section of the store. When I realised my bag was missing — with my phone, cards, and money inside — I completely panicked. I went back to the area where I had been, but the bag was gone. I asked a member of staff for help and was directed to Customer Services. That’s when a lovely lady named Tracey approached me and told me she had noticed my bag left unattended and quickly took it to keep it safe before anyone else could approach it. I can’t thank Tracey enough for her kindness and honesty. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my belongings were safe. I feel incredibly lucky that she was there — someone else could easily have taken my bag. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Tracey. You are an amazing person and a great member of staff. Primark is very lucky to have such wonderful, caring employees like you!

   Unfortunately, if I could, I would give zero stars. I have always preferred going to the Primark in Staines rather than Hounslow, but unfortunately, the store has changed – and not for the better. There was an unfriendly manager wearing glasses who answered my questions very rudely… a very curt and unpleasant man who kept emphasizing the superiority of his position. The only positive was the lady at the checkout, who was extremely kind and helpful. Because of the way customers are treated, I think I will have to stop shopping at Staines. ---

   If I could, I would give it 0 stars. This was three weeks ago. Iwas visiting with a friend, found a few cute items that I wanted to buy. Came to the till and one of the items did not have a barcode on it. The staff asked me how much it was and where I found it. I told her that I am pretty sure it was £1,50 and found it at home section. She said that her manager has to go check so I waited until she came back. When the manager came back, she told me: "So the price for this is going to be £2,50, is that ok?". I really liked the item so I accepted. But it was bugging me so I went back to home section and found the item with a price on it, £1,50 (!). Came back down, asked to speak to the manager. She came out and I told her I found the item and what the price is, and that I'm not sure where she found the other price. She rolled (!) her eyes at me and told me to go to one of the tills to refund me. Had I not been observant of the pricing, she would have stolen from me. I know it's not a lot, but imagine if they do that to every other customer. That's stealing thousands of pounds from your own customers. Shame on you.

   Unusually tidy for a primark store, good range and stock of sizes. Very large queue but did move quickly, until barcode wouldn't scan, had to call someone meanwhile queue tripled

   Check you receipt they add few extras in your bill. Bought 4 exfoliating gloves and an comb. Lady cashier charge me 3 extra gloves. On Receipt gloves 7x 1.50 , and 0.90 for comb. Cashier charged me for 3 extra gloves. Hopefully she will refund me tomorrow.

   Average quality average price. Pretty affordable you are looking for cheap options without a long term usability. Good variety of collection on kids apparels. Even winter wear Billing is pretty crowded at times

   Cheap and good stuff well within budget at very amazing prices! You can find pop people twining with their attire as they are really very very cheap compared to other clothing stores and accessories. But if you don’t care, these are really cheaper and quality is ok
