Great shop! The staff are so helpful and attentive, particularly the lovely chap who went through benefits of different shoe brands, really helpful - unfortunately don't know his name! Their kit is really well made too, have bought quite a few coats, jumps etc from here and never had any issues.

Had great customer service today from an employee I didn't catch the name of, but she gave me some great advice about wicking thermal base layers for a caving trip. I was on a tight budget and torn between two options she picked for me, she was very reassuring and gave me time to think about it which I really appreciated. Alvaro was very friendly and helpful as well, I'd definitely go back here in the future
Small shop on two floors with menswear upstairs. Rohan is my favourite brand for walking clothing and when I am passing I always call in to see what is available. Rohan is definitely one of the more expensive brands but usually the quality of the gear means that it is worth the extra outlay. It has fitting rooms on both floors. Their "Bags" walking trouser for both men and women are amazing, not least because of the number of security pockets.
Absolutely excellent customer service, extremely helpful, very proffesional, definitely a league of their own, outstanding, highly recommend, I was interned in a pair of Ladies Ecco sandles, my size was sold out online, I phoned Kingston shop and they managed to locate a pair from another store. customer service is absolutely outstanding.
After planning a trip abroad travelling through varied weather and climates a friend of mine recommended rohan. The staff there were incredibly knowledgeable about their products and knew exactly what I was looking for! I came away with everything I needed and can honestly say that my trip was made much more enjoyable because of it. Great shop and great staff, would highly recommend!

I shop here for the clothes, which I find comfortable, long-lasting and well worth the price tag (definitely helps to be signed up to their catalogue – the vouchers are v handy!). I also shop here for the customer service, which I find to be consistently great.
