I went looking for a specific piece of furniture but I didn't find it however there are some very interesting things
Great selection of furniture .assistant manageress very helpful when I xplained what I was looking for .due to leg and hip problems .got sorted out .even my hubby was delighted as we had only nipped in to try out heights of seats .
Had a look round but did not actually buy anything. It's worth a look if you're into oak furniture.
Tristan Farnsworth was extremely helpful, and, knowledgeable about the different sofa's and chairs we looked at . We would highly recommend this store, the sofa's we chose ooze quality. We will probably buy them, however we do need to explore all options
Great quality furniture. We were served by Allison and she was super friendly, she was also super accomodating when I decided to change my order slightly. We got a great deal on a lovely modular corner sofa and a coffee table which will look super smart. The best thing is it's being delivered in 10 days! Brilliant service and a great place to shop.
Anything for the sale. We were moving house and needed a sofa, we came here to buy some dining room furniture and saw a sofa we liked with a sign on it saying "Yours in 7 days" so we thought great we'll get that one, signed up for it and were given a delivery date 5 weeks later, we said we will cancel the order if that's the case, the manageress made a call and said don,t worry, it will be 16 working days not the 5 weeks stated. .. and guess how long we have to wait having had the delivery confirmation email... .. lied to our faces! Called up, spoke to the salesman that dealt with us that day, not bothered, just wait they may improve on the delivery date. I have my doubts.
Bougth a display cabinet online and when it was delivered the cabinet was damaged but have been let down by bad customer service since. Had to ring helpline which takes over 30 minutes to get through to and they sent replacement shelf and repairman to fix damaged door aswell. Shelf was wrong size and both doors were damaged so a month after and after numerous calls and sending wrong size replacements I have arranged for cabinet to be picked up and returned for a full refund. The amount that you have to pay does not match the hassle that it takes to get a faulty product fixed.
