   Unfortunately you have give it one star as a minimum, but even that is overrated. I would never use ATS again if they were the last company in the world. Took my car for a simple 4 wheel alignment and they completely ruined the electric steering rack by not loosening the gaiters which, in my opinion, caused the electric motor to burn out. Now its going to cost me a grand to have the rack taken off, reconditioned, a new motor, replaced and to hire a car for the week so I can get to work. Don't touch them with a barge-pole. I'm regretting stepping through the door, but never again.

   The staff at the Wilnecote branch always go above and beyond, and nothing is ever too big of a job for them. They will always attempt to fit you in. Used ATS Wilnecote for years, and the service is always spot on! Jon and those who work here are a credit to ATS and probably don't get the credit they all deserve. Keep up the good work!

   Very friendly staff who are willing to help as best they can. Jobs are done quickly and to a professional manner. The staff at the Tamworth site clearly have a wealth of knowledge and clearly explain what issues there are and how they have resolved them. I cannot fault the service from the Tamworth branch and for my particular car ATS has the best tyre choice.

   26.01.23- today I went in with an issue with my tyre pressures. Advised that they would check them for me in a few minutes! And it was only a few minutes, lovely young man checked all tyres, inflated 2 and gave me a cap. I expected to pay but there was no charge. Massive thank you and great customer service!!

   My company using ATS to maintain the tyres on it's fleet and based on the good experience I had with them decided to choose them to change the tyres on my own car. The online shopping was quick , the booking was also very quick and efficient. When I arrived the lady at the desk welcomed me, took my detils and offered a drink if I want any. The service took a while as the garage was busy but I arrived earlier anyway. Great experience overall.
