Jill and Chico have been using this company for many years. The service is marvelous. Cannot do enough for us. Malcolm, Adam and everyone are a credit to the company. The floor area is kept so clean which shows that they go the extra mile to maintain an excellent service. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Quality service from the team today! I turned up pretty last minute needing 3 tyres and the team went out of they’re way to make sure that I received them all and not only that but I had just had my alloy wheels refurbished a week ago and they managed to put all three on without any damage whatsoever so very impressed. I’ll be using these guys for the foreseeable.
I never cease to be impressed by the service given at HiQ Tamworth. Really customer friendly, nothing seems to be too much trouble. My wife had recently bought her aunt's car from her, it needed 4 new tyres. Out of five quotes obtained this was the most competitive. The waiting room was nice and comfortable & they even sorted out the recoding of the car radio without charging extra
Many years ago I thought I had a major problem with my van, the team identify it as a minor electrical issue the resolved easily. Complete honesty! Excellent service booked online, checked before arrived tyres had been ordered, good communications. Arrived at 09:00 asked to collect within 1 hour due to very tight and full car parking on site. Well organised workshop and great supervision by the reception. Well trusted dealer, highly recommended. Best price in Tamworth.

I have been taking my car here for years and after seeing how hard everybody was working on Thursday, I thought I’d finally leave review. Always reasonably priced and the team are very knowledgeable. After its service, my car feels great. A particular mention to Adam who is very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Great bunch of Lads even waited for us to drive to lower gungate HIQ after a,mix up with HIq Wilnecote which is no longer their. Did a great job and really friendly and welcoming .
