Booked online for 4 van tyres turned up 15 minutes early drove straight in & they got on with the job. All good no complaints here keep up the good work.
Took car for MOT. They started before my appointment time and found I needed 2 new tyres. Tyres replaced quickly. Courteous and friendly at all times.
Called at 1115am on a Sunday and spoke with Sid about the brakes on my camper conversion Citroën Relay. He couldn't get me on his ramps but said to pop in anyway and he may be able to jack the van up to repair. Arrived, Sid and Ethan checked out the rear brakes. Believed it was discs and pads. Ordered the parts and I was back to collect the van all done at 130pm. Great service, friendly team, Sid & Ethan - thank you.
Excellent garage for MOT , tyres and other work. MOT chap Ferdus is always pleasant and does the job properly and honestly - advises what needs to be done soon and whats needs to be done immediately. Not like these other garages that try to rip you off with lies and fake jobs . Rest of the chaps are also a good bunch and banter. Nice big waiting area if you don’t have someone to take you back home whilst getting your car sorted. MOT price is decent and other job prices are ok but a little on the higher side.
What an experience, changed my 2 tyres as I was loosing pressure but had an issue with my alloy, they diagnosed the issue for free, then returned after 2 weeks with a new alloy and when asked how much would cost me, their reply was “Don’t worry, will take care of you “ You just can’t beat that customer service! I just found my new tyre shop that would be using from now on !
Dealt with Will and he was top class, really nice guy, had a puncture in 1 of our cars which they fixed and then another had some difficulty filling with air, was seen same day and dealt with very fast for a great price, will be going there in the future for all servicing and mots just because of him!
One of my WORST experiences ever. I booked to erdington garage to change my tyres through a third company. The people of the garage found an other damage that had to be fixed. I went there wirh an other friend. The person i spoke to ( jay) gave me verbaly a quote for the extra damage. I agreed and told them to repair the car. When i went to collect my car they charged me extra money! After i paid and when i realised it i called back. Spoke again to the person who charged me (jay) and when i asked about the extra charge originally he admitted he made a mistake and later he dinied it and said that since i paid he can do nothing about it. He also in a very childish and rude way tried to blame me suppoting that i misunderstood cause of my english.on the top of all these he send me during our call by e mail invoice. Later reading reviews here saw exactly the same situation from rhe same person to other customers. DON'T GO THERE. Protect your money and dignity.
I've used Formula One, Erdington several times and have always been satisfied with the work done on my car. My recent visit for an MOT was no exception. Easy to book and pay on line at a very reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and MOT was completed on time and ready for collection. Recommended.
I turned up 3 hours early not expecting my tyre to be in stock due to changes in my schedule. Jay was helpful and was able to do the tyre change there and then. The team were helpful and everytime I have come here there has been no issues. The price is very competitive compared to National who sadly been taken over by Halfords so now all the same really. I would recommend this branch.
Booked online for an air-con regass. Entered my car reg which correctly identified my car and quoted me £59. Phoned up to confirm a time slot then dropped it off in the morning, went next door for breakfast. They then called me up and said my car has the 'new' gas and the cost would actually be £145 at which point they seemed to just expect me to give the OK and pay the £145. I declined and asked for a refund of the £59 which to be fair was processed quickly. I'm going to be generous and say their online database was probably incorrect when I was initially quoted £59 and it was in no way an attempt to bait and switch as the Americans call it. Booked in elsewhere for £90 via Groupon and yes, that's for the 'new' gas.
