   Just wanted to share my experience with SM Pro, they’re absolutely brilliant, great quality products and some of the most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered, went above and beyond to help me with rebuilding my internals for my hub and great response and postage times, would’ve rated higher if I could! Also big shout out to Jordan who went above and beyond to help me get the parts I needed and to get them to me in time for my ride this weekend, what a legend!

   Two weeks old and the paints already come off and all they are willing to do is sent sticker out for it and tell me I can’t use power washer on them will never be buying from sm pro again wouldn’t recommend to anyone

   Amazing wheels and everything they say on the tin. I would highly recommend them. However for SMPro team, £700 on a wheelset and no rim tape?????????? Surely it can put that much of a dent in the bottom line to have your branded rim tape included?

   Just disappointed from their Dealers Grizzly wheels Unfortunately, I can't share the positive reviews with duties. The owner proved to be very competent during the sales pitch. Purchase and delivery time were unfortunately after the payment an issue in itself. Excused by Brexit and we were kept in the loop. The delivery of the goods was complete and properly packaged. Unfortunately, after a year, the neon orange color has faded. It is now optically in a pink which of course no longer suits the bike. After a little research, we contacted the dealer. Unfortunately, the process here was less professional and not solution-oriented. As a customer, I expect information or a suggestion and not a reference to legal regulations. Should this nevertheless be the case, these can of course be requested by the dealer on presentation of the procedures to be followed. There are always numerous requirements here and in the end personal discussions would probably be best. Unfortunately, the dealer side did not seek this and the communication was terminated. Accordingly, the only way left for us is a judicial solution with an expert opinion and negotiation. It's sad that you can't solve this between people in Germany anymore. PS: no matter what answer the owner writes here, he would have better put this time into a solution...

   I contacted this company on behalf of my father who needed a wheel sorting for his klx 300 , right from the off the advice and info I received was second to none , clear and concise and never pushy . Great communication and the turn around was awesome . Great fast delivery and very happy with the wheel. Highly recommend them and my dad very happy too .

   Great wheels, very durable and tough, I've had no flat spots on the rims yet unlike the excel stock rims, I purchased front and rear wheel sets, well worth it, I recommend SM Pro if you want some great wheels for a good price.

   I ordered a pair of rims and stainless steel spoke sets for my 1991 CR and it took a long time for them to arrive to the point were I had to enquire about my order. However upon enquiring Dom replied to me straight away and found out what I needed to know. Cannot fault the service he provided. Now to the main part. The quality of the rims and spokes are brilliant. Love the gloss gold colour and the spokes are really nice. Truly superb. Despite the wait I would have no problem recommending SM Pro to anyone. The quality far outweighs the delay. I have a couple of other projects planned which would include a full wheelset and my first stop will be SM Pro. Top work SM Pro. Keep it up. Many Thanks.
