Visited this Halfords workshop this morning looking to have a battery fitted to my car . What a really excellent service by all the staff. Will definitely be using this auto centre again without a doubt. Problem sorted and well organised all the way through. Perfect!
Easy to book and they explained process and time the Mot would take. They kept me up to date and let me know what needed to be done extra. Ordered the parts and fitted this in timely manner. I was able to pick my car up when they said and it was ready for me
Always have my car servicing carried out at Halfords. Just had full service and MOT done at the Radleys branch and very pleased again. Good price, workmanship and friendly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended
I recently had a fantastic experience at Halfords Auto Centre in Sheldon. After a local garage failed to fix the tensioner on my BMW properly, I took it to Halfords, and Tee and Tan were absolutely brilliant. They sorted everything out quickly on the same day. Both of them were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. I was really pleased with the work they did, and they even gave me a great deal. I highly recommend this garage to everyone.
Very quick and efficient service. The receptionist on the desk Tan was superb and helped me by detailing the problems with my car and giving me a solution on what I can do to solve it. He also helped me with the payment by informing me about Klarna payments and also by fully discounting the price of repair cost for me. Would definitely recommend for any repairs as they are very quick and efficient and provide excellent customer service.

Took my car in for an MOT, it needed some minor work done to pass. I turned up to collect it, paid and was given the keys back only to pull off and out into the main road which I almost crashed into an oncoming Van due to there being no power in the steering wheel. When I stepped back into Halfords to tell them what had just happened, the attitude and response from Tay-yib (the manager) was ridiculous. As if it was my fault and nothing to do with them. Turns out it was their fault, they had fitted a faulty part and the car wasn’t given a test drive. Wouldn’t recommend.
Will never use this autocentre again... 1) We have dashcam footage of them essentially slagging off the car and repeating the crude and inappropriate statement to a colleague. 2) They then proceeded to treat my car as if it was his plaything and revving the life out of the engine as he pulled the car into the garage space. 3) Was told they didn't have a technician to do my first service so it may take all day - implying that someone not qualified to do the service would be dealing with my car. 4) Tried to bring it again for a service to be told it cannot fit on the ramps due to the side splitters. The same side splitters that were fitted in February when it had it's service at the same place. We also have dashcam footage of them driving the vehicle onto the ramp and then they still claimed it didn't fit! 5) When bringing up an issue with the clutch pedal, they were quite dismissive when I brought the issue up and they informed me that they won't bleed the brake fluid as part of the service, it would just be replaced... In my opinion, an important part of changing the brake fluid is to bleed the system and ensure there are no air bubbles once the fluid has been changed. An all round terrible experience with this autocentre. They clearly do not value their customers and are quite happy to be highly inappropriate about paying customers vehicles. The staff that work there clearly are not representing the Halford's that I know and have used previously for various MOTs, services and in store shopping.
I have been coming to Halfords for my tyres, MOT and wheel alignment. David and Tee are very helpful and brilliant at there job. Thanks guys keep up the great work!
