   Wow wow, I've just spent £16 on a breakfast here and didn't even have my black pudding which they refused to swap for another item. I bought extra toast as you only get a slice with your meal and a cup of tea .. first and last time I do this, after all an all you can eat breakfast not far from here is £11.99 with unlimited tea!!! Grumpy staff to... If your rich then crack on!! Never again for me!

   We have been here previously a few times and been disappointed with food and rude staff however today the food was delicious and filling with very generous portions and the the staff were helpful and polite the lad working on 10/8 at 2pm was particularly friendly and well mannered.

   A 1 star just for the girl who served us. Lydia I think her name. She was running food, serving at the till, clearing tables and everything in between. Food wasn’t the best. Luke warm at best. Very bland. Such a shame. Poorly staffed so no time for Lydia to do much else. Poor girl.

   By far the best cafe out of the supermarket cafes. All food is fresh, cooked well and tasty. I actually drive past the other supermarkets with cafes to go to morrisons because it's so much better. 5*

   The breakfast menu has changed recently, we visit every week, large breakfast, it's hit and miss what you get for the same price, last week two slices of bread, mushroom etc, this week, one slice and no mushroom, also you can add extras for a fee. Yet of you take them off no partial refund, no swaps anymore. Basically you're being conned. It's a shame as they are nice breakfasts. The prices have gone up a lot as well. Staff are grumpy and slow as well, mostly talking in the kitchens while the queue builds up. Time to go elsewhere.

   Overall not bad you can see staff working hard however feels like it's understaffed sometimes and when you come in when they busy they look at you like a intruder. They are often at the back of the kitchen and you have to wait for ages until someone comes to the till to take your order. I think customer service skills needs to be improved.

   Always a great atmosphere here...very popular with the more older and experienced generation on some days. Food is great, the breakfast is fantastic and is very popular and great value. Staffed by a mixture of the young and more experienced making the place feel very genuine which I think makes it very welcoming. If there was one fault it's that it is a little small but have to remember it's a supermarket and not a cafe on its own....kids love it and so do we
